Friendly Tire

I had such a great experience at Friendly Tire Shop this Mother’s Day weekend! Unfortunately, I had to replace both of my front tires, but Mike and his team made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I honestly know nothing about cars, but they took the time to explain everything clearly and gave me helpful guidance on what to look out for in the future. I never felt pressured or confused, and that meant a lot to me. Their customer service was amazing from start to finish. Special shout out to the young gentleman who kindly brought me a chair while I waited , such a thoughtful gesture that did not go unnoticed. Small acts of kindness and professionalism really make a difference. I highly recommend Mike and the entire team at Friendly Tire Shop for anyone looking for honest, reliable, and welcoming service!

I am filled with heartfelt gratitude for the incredible service I have consistently received at Friendly Tire over the past decade. Owner Mike is a true gem—always attentive and personable, whether I’m speaking with him over the phone or in person. Don’t let the gritty feel of the bay fool you; behind that exterior lies a wealth of expertise and dedication to customer care. Today, I was serviced by Scoota, ☺️whose youthful energy and professionalism exceeded all my expectations. He took the time to explain the serious condition of my daughter’s tires, compassionately reminding me that it was #WithGod'sGrace that we avoided a potentially dangerous blowout on both front tires. As a woman navigating the often daunting world of car care, I have faced many overwhelming situations, especially after negative experiences with high-performance tires on my previous Jaguar going to other places. However, returning to Friendly Tire has always felt like coming home. Mike and his team provide a level of trust and assurance that is truly comforting. They have never disappointed, consistently delivering exceptional quality and service. I wholeheartedly recommend Mike and his crew at Friendly Tir

On Saturday, I called Friendly Tires to get a quote for a new set of tires for my BMW e36 with M3 wheels on it. The owner, Mike, gave me a great deal over the phone on four new tires and told me to make a deposit and that he would order the tires and install them. I brought him the deposit and got the tires installed today. They did a great job installing the tires. Even though my car is still a project and looks ugly, they made sure to be careful with it and the wheels. No scratches to the wheels, and the tires were perfectly balanced. I took the car to the highway right after leaving the shop, and there was no shaking or vibrations. Great job guys! Mike and the dudes working there were friendly and helpful!

I have been using friendly tire for over 25 years..Nothing ever changes. Mike is always a fair guy. They've got good prices and decent tires. They also have used tires for when you're in a pinch.
